The Leichhardt House involved the refurbishment of a modest freestanding Leichhardt cottage including the contemporary interpretation of lost detail of the street facade and a new single volume living space to the rear incorporating kitchen, dining, living and covered outdoor living space all under a simple single skillion that rises to capture controlled north light.
