Mackenzie Pronk were engaged to document necessary repairs, code compliance works and upgrade of the common spaces to this early 80’s Apartment / Townhouse development.

 

The brief was to improve the entry, common courtyard, lighting, general presentation and functionality. A colour and materials palette were chosen to uplift the existing palette, a robust yet playful approach to custom designed furniture, landscaping and new entry structures was adopted.

 

Mackenzie Pronk navigated the inputs of many owners to give a tired complex a new life.
