Commissioned by Marine Magic - Coffs Harbour to masterplan their future facilities - a world class marine life education centre offering direct interaction with sea mammals and other life forms from our oceans. The centre to be designed with world's best ESD principles. The construction materials, techniques and systems employed to aim for carbon neutral operation. The scale of the complex should draw from the sites 40 year operational history and thereby retain an intimacy yet not be limited by that history. The centre should provide the best humane environment and facilities for the centres animals and those the centre heals.
