Kingston Road House 2019

Kingston Road House is sited between two groups of Edwardian and Victorian terrace houses. The site had a single storey double brick factory built to 3 boundaries, this structure was retained and added to. The house is a contemporary row house adopting the envelope and demeanour of its neighbours in a contemporary manner. The conversion included subtraction built space to create courtyards and double height voids connecting levels within. The house is a contemporary infill that is harmonious with the heritage streetscape.
